Who is responsible
Nautom Alojamientos is the platform that participating properties use to manage their bookings, through the web panel and the iPhone app. This policy explains which personal data we process, why, and how you can exercise your rights.

What data we process
From people who use the panel or the app (administrators, operators and service staff): email, first name, last name, phone number and profile photo, the chosen language, and the identifiers of the devices where they turn on notifications.
From each property's guests: first and last name, contact details (email and phone), document type and number, details of their companions, the payment receipts they send, and the WhatsApp messages they exchange with the property.
Why we use it
To give access to the account and to each property; to manage bookings, payments, electronic invoicing and cleaning; to send notifications and operational emails; and to answer WhatsApp inquiries with the property's assistant.
Each property may use its own guests' data to contact them, for example with surveys. We do not sell personal data or show ads.
Who processes it on our behalf
We use outside providers, each only to deliver its service: infrastructure and database, email delivery, WhatsApp messaging, artificial intelligence for the WhatsApp assistant, and electronic invoicing.
How long we keep it
Your account data is kept while the account exists. Bookings, invoices and payments are kept while the property uses the platform and for the periods required by accounting and tax regulations.
How to delete your account
From the panel or the app, go to Profile › Delete account. We ask for your password and the deletion is immediate.
Your personal data, your access to all your properties and your devices with notifications are deleted. Each property's bookings, invoices and payments and the change history are kept, without your name. If you cannot sign in, request it by writing to nacho@nautom.com.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to nacho@nautom.com. If you are a guest, you can also ask the property where you stayed.
