Who provides the service
Nautom Alojamientos is a service of Nautom (nautom.com), provided by Ignacio Ramognino, CUIT 20-39244092-6, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. By using the platform, the property accepts these terms.
What the service is
A platform for short-term rental properties to manage their bookings, calendar, payments, invoicing and cleaning, and to serve their guests over WhatsApp, from the web panel and the iPhone app.
The property's responsibilities
Each property is responsible for its guests' data that it loads into or receives through the platform, and for having the authorization needed to process it.
It is also responsible for the use of its own WhatsApp Business account connected to the platform, which must comply with WhatsApp terms and policies.
Accounts and access
The property manages its team's accounts and is responsible for their use. Each person must keep their password confidential.
We may suspend access in case of misuse, a breach of these terms or non-payment.
Availability
The service is provided as is. We make reasonable efforts to keep it available and working correctly, without committing to a specific service level.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from the use of the service or its interruption.
Changes
We may modify these terms. Changes are communicated through the platform.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute is submitted to the ordinary courts of the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.
